Henry, a serial entrepreneur, was inspired by his mother’s battle with thyroid cancer to champion healthier living. Together, they founded EnSeeds Bowls of Gratitude to make healthy eating a joyful, daily habit for everyone—seniors, kids, and busy folks alike.
